Amazing! Refreshing taste with mastic flavors. Great concept to layer gelato. The device was great but it did take some time to be served.

Went here after quite the disappointing retro experience primarily due to the thought of shaved ice and the relatively cute colors and was surprised to find it's an Italian ice place awhich sounded great. I got a build your own with cherry and pineapple and my girl got one of the predone combos that I forget since it's been over a month since we went but it's great. Everything came out fast and were plentiful on napkins I was surprised to find everything is organic vegan and quite clean compared to other offerings and it tastes delicious. I love how they have a van and cart for parties as well on offer and have a ton of seasonal flavors. Overall a solid place I'd definitely get it if it's still here for my future kids parties just wish they have more locations or ran the van in neighborhoods maybe they do idk but either way I'd come back if I'm in the area!

I was immediately happy just walking by in the door! I loved the colorful and cute decor. The super friendly staff was happy to let me sample a few flavors to help with my decision. I've followed them on IG and had them saved here on Yelp for a while. I decided on two flavors - the Cherry and Strawberry Lemonade. The perfect pair. I'm extremely happy to report that Happy Ice was all I expected and more! It was cold, sweet and tangy. Fruity perfection. Even in a cloudy cool day, Happy Ice made me think of a warm summer day. I'm already planning my next visit.

Refreshing and tasty flavors, but it was just a bit too sweet for my liking. I'm originally from Philadelphia so I'm glad to see a little bit of home. Make it all the way out here.

This spot is one of those unique places you never forget about. I went here years ago when I was last in the area, and my partner and I frequently talk about how much we enjoyed it. We've tried to find a place similar to this one that's closer to us, but nothing quite measures up. The line is always long, but it doesn't take long to be served. They offer a variety of fun flavors that just burst with juiciness! I'm am legitimately planning a trip back to the city just to grab another one of these!!

We visited the Happy Ice truck at Downtown Disney on a particularly hot day. It was a very welcomed treat and went a long way towards cooling things down. It also tasted great. The consistency of the ice was smooth and easy to eat. Kudos go to the staff, who were extremely friendly and the truck has a very cool vibe. Happy Ice is a great addition to the Downtown Disney district! Highly Recommended!

Happy Ice is yet another amazing black owned business that I absolutely enjoyed visiting. The staff were professional, really nice, friendly, informative and punctual with the service. We visited their location on Melrose, but they also have a few catering trucks. And it was brought to my attention that they also catering events. Which is amazing and I'll definitely keep that in mind the next time myself or any friend or family member is looking for vendors for an event. I'm not sure whether the call it ice cream, shaved ice or sorbet. So i'll just stick to calling it Happy Ice. We tried virtually every single flavor on the menu and everything was 100% amazing. Everyone loved their Happy Ice and can't wait to come back for more.

This was sooo good!! So glad my brother and I randomly saw them featured in the news and decided to just get up and go support. It was cold out but we were committed to a good and sweet treat. It was absolutely worth the late night drive. It was easy to find street parking nearby but it was at night. The team was very friendly and made great suggestions for us. Absolutely will be back on a hot day and will continue to recommend this business. It definitely is also uplifting with all the vibrant colors and atmosphere

Pretty great! It's definitely worth a try. I agree with the business's description - the lady taking the order/making my order definitely had great energy. I selected my own flavors since they have a lot of interesting options. A small was enough to satisfy my cravings. I was definitely happy after I finished my cup. I regretted not getting a cup before the lines started forming....because it got pretty long, pretty fast, especially during the summer.
